CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand that unexpected events arise, however, I ask that you provide at least a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments that are canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your appointment time will be charged 50% of the missed appointment, and no-shows will be charged 100% of the missed appointment. It is my goal to provide the best service possible to all my clients. With respect to that, I ask that you communicate if you will be more than 15 minutes late. With no communication, we will have to reschedule and the appointment will be considered a no-show and will be subject to the policy stated above.
